I was in Carrefour yesterday when a lady sales promoter came up to me with what looked like a sanitary pad. Trying to put her off, I told her I don’t have need of them anymore, only to be informed that these were not sanitary pads, but rather incontinence pads and good for “long road trips” (Ewwwww!) I wonder why anyone would need them for road trips as there are so many rest stops along the N-S highway, but I guess it would be a better selling line than implying the customer has incontinence. I couldn’t help remarking that it is a very difficult product to sell ;)

We just got back from a short trip up north to visit our parents. Hubby has been very busy with work of late so he badly needed a short break. We took up an old wifi router and wified the whole house with my sister’s P1 Wimax connection, which pleased the son very much. He really missed being online, especially watching YouTube videos on our previous trips home. Looking forward to a longer and more relaxing trip over Christmas.

On a personal note, my R elbow has gotten much better, but the L shoulder is much worse nowadays. Back to the same old problem with very limited movement in the L shoulder (due to pain) and difficulty undressing. Am trying some regular Celebrex 400 mg daily to see if it helps *sigh*

    I feel your pain Dobbs…

I think I’ve come down with Chikungunya, only that I have no serological confirmation. Cerebrex works, but breastfeeding has to be temporarily halted.

    Take care :)

I am not sure if it’s because of my gym activities – my shoulder pain is now gone, even without me noticing it.

    Thanks doc.
Sorry to hear you are still unwell fibrate. Read your latest blogpost and hope you get better soon. Take care!
Yan, so glad to hear your shoulder pain has gone. It will take longer for the range of movements to recover but your gym activities will definitely help.
