HERE’s a simple “secret” to ensure longevity for men – stare at women’s breasts for 10 minutes a day to live an additional five years.
Both Sin Chew Daily and China Press reported that a German research published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that men ogling at breasts for 10 minutes a day was equivalent to a 30-minute gym workout.
Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday that the team had spent five years researching 200 men.
This BS drivel came out quite some time ago – you might have gotten it as some viral email.
Simply put, it NEVER was published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
At least the journalists tried and “attempted to search the article in the journal’s website but failed. Thus, there were doubts whether there was indeed such an article in the journal.”
For the n00bs, you could always check out the status of such Urban Legends in Snopes
I think there’s no need for the MSM to rehash such Urban Legends. Who knows, scores of men might believe you and now ogle away with the newspaper cutting as a defense against women slapping them!
If you want to publish subtle medical humour, do so on April 1. Then you can legitimately catch reporters who don’t check their news sources properly

This is the second time they are posting fake sensationalist news in the last month. They also published a “study” about “women with bigger breasts are smarter”.

The Star is just one big fail. In both cases they said Sin Chew is the original source, but I can’t verify it independently. I suspect even this claim is not true.
