MMC Recognised medical schools
List of Medical Schools recognised by the MMC
This is a popular request in view of the large number of applicants for medical studies abroad. If you graduate from a non-MMC recognised medical school, you will have to sit for and pass a Medical Qualifying Examination first before you can be registered for practice in Malaysia. You can view more details about the Medical Qualifying Examination from the MMC website.
The list of Medical Schools Recognised is maintained by the MMC and can be viewed and downloaded (PDF format, about 200 Kb) from their website. You are however advised to always contact the MMC Secretariat in case there are changes not reflected in the list.
The Malaysian Medical Resources hosts a copy of this list in case the MMC website is inaccessible.
