Annual Practicing Certificate
In order to practice in Malaysia, all MMC registered Malaysian doctors must have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
You can download a copy of the APC Form here (Word format). Complete it, include payment and mail it to the MMC.
The new MMC address, which can be found on the form is:

The MMC Website lists an online APC application service but it is not clear to us if it is currently active nor any instructions how to get a user ID to use the service.
Certificate of Good standing
Malaysian doctors may from time to time require a certificate of good standing from the Malaysian Medical Council.
